Hi, I'm Milena S. I'm the one who does most of the cooking and baking in our family, so the kitchen appliances on this site are the ones I actually use: our KitchenAid stand mixer, a multicooker, a pressure cooker, a fryer and a coffee maker. I bake a lot — macarons, cakes and pies — which is the best stress test a mixer or an oven can get. When I was little, our family dried fruit in a food dehydrator all the time, and we still dry laundry in a heat pump dryer.
How I review: when I've used a product myself, I say so. When I haven't, I analyze specs, warranty terms and thousands of verified owner reviews to find out what actually breaks, what people complain about and who the product is really for.
